Completely Automated
Hot Melt has continuous throughput, and it automatically controls the flow of containers entering and exiting the machine. The containers are picked up from the conveyor by a screw feeder, which sets them at the right pitch, and they are then transferred by the infeed starwheel to the bottle caroused. the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point. Two narrow strips of hotmelt glue the labels together ,after being labeled, the containers are transferred to the outfeed starwheel which places them on the outfeeds conveyor
