Work theory

SD-4W Type filling machine is a kind of weighing filling machine with C3 level precision  weighing sensor.

 It uses two stainless steel pipeline pump to provide liquid transmission power to suck the liquid from the liquid storage tank in a certain speed. Then it can begin to filling to containers. At the same time,the weighing sensorat the bottom of the container will pick up the received signal and transmitted to the PLC by weighing module. PLC controls the open and close of filling valves according to the preset filling quantity, thus to complete high-precision quantitative filling.

1. It adopts the C3 level weighing sensor, and measurement with high precision weighing combined with microelectronics numerical control instrument, ensure filling precision degrees.

2. It is filling under pressure,which makes the filling speed higher than gravity filling machine

3. Leak-proof vacuum adjusting organ is opened automatically after filling, it sucks back the oil droplets on the filling nozzles to ensure no oil dripping during production process.

4. Double speed automatic filling system can effectively control the process of filling oil overflow, guarantee filling accuracy.

5. It adopts the chain transmission to convey the containers, the photoelectric sensor make the container the positioning accurately. If containers not come fully, the lifting and filling
head does not work.

6. Each filling head can be adjusted within a certain scope spacing and height and it can fill different kinds of shape and size containers.
